Helping people break into farming

🇦🇺 Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

Since 1999
English

For 27 years I've mentored people in farming and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
