Raymond McCoy
Trades mentor, Ottawa
- 🇨🇦 Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
- Ottawa Community Trust
- Since 2010
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 900 people through Ottawa Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Raymond
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
