For 22 years I've run the cycling program at Tamale Community Club in Tamale. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
