Raymond Gutierrez
Mentor in farming and design
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Oakland Foundation
- 1988 to 2011
- English, Spanish
For 23 years I've mentored people in farming and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Raymond
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
