Raymond Fiifi Opoku
Rugby coach, Kumasi Football Club
- 🇬🇭 Kumasi, Ashanti, Ghana
- 1978 to 1995
- English, Twi
For 17 years I ran the rugby program at Kumasi Football Club in Kumasi. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
