Helping people break into teaching
- 🇦🇺 Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia
- Ashford Community Trust
- 2015 to 2024
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 280 people through Ashford Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Raymond
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
