For 42 years I've mentored people in farming and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ravi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Ravi: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
