I taught art at Meadowbank Primary School in New Delhi from 1981 to 2009. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I ran the gardening club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
