Ravi C. Kapoor
Small business mentor, New Delhi
- 🇮🇳 New Delhi, Delhi, India
- Windsor Community Trust
- Since 1987
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,210 people through Windsor Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ravi
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ravi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
