Raúl S. Serrano
Helping people break into entrepreneurship
- 🇨🇴 Palmira, Valle del Cauca, Colombia
- Palmira Association
- 1994 to 2021
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 920 people through Palmira Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Raúl
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Raúl: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
