Raúl Cruz
Finance mentor, Oaxaca de Juárez
- 🇲🇽 Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca, Mexico
- Oaxaca de Juárez Association
- 2007 to 2017
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 350 people through Oaxaca de Juárez Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Raúl
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
