Ratul Liton Kabir

Taught early years at Durgapur Primary School

🇮🇳 Durgapur, West Bengal, India
Durgapur Primary School
1988 to 2015
English, Bengali

For 27 years I was the early years teacher at Durgapur Primary School. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

More about Ratul

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ratul: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
