Rashmi W. Jat
Mentor in recovery and farming
- 🇮🇳 Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
- Chennai Youth Network
- Since 1986
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,920 people through Chennai Youth Network.
I answer every email, even at midnight.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Rashmi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Rashmi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
