Rashmi T. Gill
Mentor in first-generation students and trades
- 🇮🇳 Kolkata, West Bengal, India
- Bamboo Learning Hub
- Since 1983
- English
For 43 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
My door was open at lunch.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Rashmi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rashmi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
