Rashmi N. Meena
Volunteer mentor with Starlight Foundation
- 🇮🇳 Mangaluru, Karnataka, India
- Starlight Foundation
- Since 2012
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 770 people through Starlight Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Rashmi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
