Rashmi K. Chauhan
Volunteer mentor with Queensway Association
- 🇮🇳 Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India
- Queensway Association
- Since 2013
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 530 people through Queensway Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Rashmi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rashmi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first software job in 2014. I still have your notes. Greetings from Kakamega.
