I taught social studies and physical education at New Delhi High School, New Delhi. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I had 1,270 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Rashmi
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
