For 37 years I've run the netball program at Mumbai Elmwood Sports Club in Mumbai. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Rashmi
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Rashmi: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
