Dance and fitness coach, Thane
- 🇮🇳 Thane, Maharashtra, India

I've coached dance at Thane Swimming Club since 1999. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
What gifts mean to Rashmi: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
