I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 24 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 700 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Rashmi: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You probably don't remember me, I sat by the window in 1982. I remember you. Greetings from Philadelphia.

You taught me environmental science in 2010 at Sydney Secondary School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand
