Rashidi Samuel Juma
Teacher at Lotus Boys' School, loves environmental science
- 🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- 2005 to 2017
- English, Swahili
For twelve years I was the environmental science teacher at Lotus Boys' School. I taught first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Rashidi
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
