Helping people break into trades
- 🇺🇬 Fort Portal, Western Region, Uganda
- Lincoln Youth Network
- Since 1986
- English, Swahili, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,560 people through Lincoln Youth Network.
I play music while people worked.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Rashidi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Rashidi: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
