Rashidi Ouma Kariuki
Painter, potter and teacher at Lakeview Pottery
- 🇺🇬 Mbale, Eastern Region, Uganda
- Lakeview Pottery
- Since 1984
- English, Swahili
I work mostly in digital art, sometimes ceramics. My first show was in 1984 at Lakeview Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Lakeview Pottery, which keeps me honest.

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
