Helping people break into trades

For nine years I've mentored people in trades and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first trades job in 2006. I still have your notes.
