Rashidi Brian Simiyu
Master of pottery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇬 Mbarara, Western Region, Uganda
- The Mbarara Repairs
- Since 2012
- English, French
I'm a pottery specialist. If you live around Mbarara, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm still learning every day.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Rashidi: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
