I run Old Unity Bakery in Dammam. We started in 1995 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher.
My recipes mostly come from my older brother. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Rashid
I still cook the same soup every Friday.
What gifts mean to Rashid: I'd put a gift toward a better oven.
