Helping people break into leadership
- 🇪🇬 Giza, Giza, Egypt
- Giza Community Trust
- 2005 to 2020
- English, Arabic, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 750 people through Giza Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Rashid
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
