Rashid Umar Yousafzai
Careers mentor, Karachi
- 🇵🇰 Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan
- Karachi Youth Network
- Since 2014
- English, Punjabi
For twelve years I've mentored people in careers and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Rashid
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Rashid: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
