22 years teaching art in Mansoura
- 🇪🇬 Mansoura, Dakahlia, Egypt
- Redwood Academy
- Since 1981

I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 45 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I answer every email, even at midnight.
More about Rashid
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Rashid: Any gift will help me keep tutoring for free.

you taught me art in 1998 at Redwood Academy. I still remember the surprise birthday cake. Truly.
