Rashid P. Adams
Sitar player and teacher in Johannesburg
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Johannesburg Music School
- 1999 to 2022
- English, Afrikaans
I've played sitar from 1999 to 2022, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Rashid: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
