Rashid K. Cloete
Mentor in small business and leadership
- 🇿🇦 East London, Eastern Cape, South Africa
- East London Learning Hub
- 1983 to 2004
- English, Afrikaans
For 21 years I've mentored people in small business and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
More about Rashid
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Rashid: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
