For 39 years I've run the cross country program at Fez Redwood Athletic Club in Fez. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

What gifts mean to Rashid: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
