Rashed Ratul Biswas
Volunteer mentor with Atlas Youth Network
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Atlas Youth Network
- Since 2011
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 360 people through Atlas Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Rashed
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rashed: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
