Rasha Khadija Benali
Mentor in recovery and small business
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
- Brookfield Youth Network
- Since 1992
- English, Arabic
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,010 people through Brookfield Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Rasha
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
