Raquel Valentina Vasconcelos

Professor of statistics, Kilimanjaro Institute of Technology

I've spent 15 years as a lecturer in statistics at Kilimanjaro Institute of Technology in Rio de Janeiro. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more. I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I fix old bicycles.

More about Raquel

I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
