For 22 years I ran the cross country program at São Paulo Sports Club in São Paulo. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Raquel: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
