Helping people break into writing
- 🇬🇧 Liverpool, England, United Kingdom
- Harbor Association
- 1984 to 1995
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 420 people through Harbor Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rani: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
