Rani L. Yadav

Helping people break into software

  • 🇬🇧 Bristol, England, United Kingdom
  • Bristol Association
  • Since 2017
  • English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 290 people through Bristol Association. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Rani: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
