I've coached chess at London Sports Club since 2015. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Rani
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Rani: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
