Rani E. Bedi
Mentor in nursing and design

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 480 people through Andes Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Rani: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
