Rani B. Thakur
Professor of astronomy, Nagpur State University
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Nagpur State University
- Since 2007
- English, Hindi
I teach astronomy at Nagpur State University since 2007, and supervised 60 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I sing in a choir.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Rani
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.

What gifts mean to Rani: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
