I've been a nurse for 40 years, most of them in cardiology at Philadelphia Community Hospital in Philadelphia. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
