Ran Shapiro

Chaplain and community helper

  • 🇮🇱 Jerusalem, Jerusalem, Israel
  • Elmwood Parish
  • 2014 to 2024
  • English, Hebrew
I've served Elmwood Parish in Jerusalem from 2014 to 2024. My days are mostly visiting, listening and helping people carry things, sometimes literally. We run a weekly meal that everyone's welcome at, whatever they believe. I take the work seriously, though not myself. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
