Ramón W. Ibarra
Neighborhood watch organizer in Guadalupe
- 🇲🇽 Guadalupe, Nuevo León, Mexico
- Guadalupe Mutual Aid
- 1990 to 2007
- English, Spanish
I'm a volunteer. Mostly neighborhood watch, sometimes youth clubs, always with a flask of tea.
I'm not an expert in anything, I just show up. I run most mornings.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
