I taught chemistry at Lakeview Boys' School in Rockford from 2004 to 2015. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Ramón
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ramón: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me chemistry in 2021 at Lakeview Boys' School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
