22 years teaching environmental science in Oakland
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Oakland High School
- 1990 to 2002

I taught environmental science and music at Oakland High School, Oakland. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I had 420 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
