Ramon H. Lopez
Leadership mentor, Manila
- 🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
- 1983 to 2013
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,200 people through Manila Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ramon
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ramon: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
