Ramón F. Cruz
Mentor in careers and writing
- 🇨🇴 Envigado, Antioquia, Colombia
- Envigado Youth Network
- 2004 to 2018
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 350 people through Envigado Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.

You helped me get my first careers job in 2016. I still have your notes. Greetings from Rawalpindi.
