Ramón Aguilar
Volunteer mentor with Los Angeles Association
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Los Angeles Association
- Since 1995
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,460 people through Los Angeles Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ramón
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ramón: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
