Ramón A. Carrillo
Oil painting and embroidery artist
- 🇺🇸 Birmingham, Alabama, United States

- English, Spanish
I work mostly in oil painting, sometimes embroidery. My first show was in 1996 at Old Silverlake Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Old Silverlake Gallery, which keeps me honest.

What gifts mean to Ramón: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.

I bought one of your pieces in 2012. It's still the first thing I see in the morning. Greetings from Bengaluru.
